They did an amazing job! I was surprised to find out that they couldn’t park directly in front of my apartment so they had to bring all of my things from at least a block away in the Las Vegas Vegas heat. All the while courteous and friendly. He did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend them!

2-man crew arrived on time and worked hard. Very pleasant and easy to work with. The job wasn't done in the 2 hours that I had scheduled, but they were able to stay until it was. They maintained their senses of humor, even in the crazy 110 degree weather. Would definitely recommend.

The workers sent to load my Pod were on time and went right to work. They were obviously very experienced at loading a Pod and exceeded my expectations on their efficiency. They did a great job protecting both my household goods and the house itself while moving the furniture and boxes. I had contracted for two workers for three hours and they finished in two hours. Hire a Helper said they will credit the third hour back to my card. I highly recommend these people and would use them again without hesitation.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Upon booking one of our crews, you can expect an introductory phone call to discuss your move and provide you with a contact for your move. During this call we will try to provide useful tips to help make your move more efficient and effective for all parties.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you will receive a phone call from our crew lead 30 minutes before arrival. During this call they will introduce themselves and provide an estimate time of arrival. Once the crew arrives and personal introductions have been made, the crew will do a walk through with the homeowner so that they can get a better understanding of your needs. After the walk through, the crew will set up the protective equipment (door jam protector/Rug Runner) and begin the process of your move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
First you want to make sure you are prepared and know exactly what/where you would like moved (especially for loads). Having all items that can fit into a box packed into a box will save tremendous amounts of time and money for your move. Also suggest having all the proper materials available, i.e. Shrink Wrap/Tape. Labeling boxes and knowing where you want furniture placed are also great tips to save time
