We had the BEST experience with this company! They called us to update us on every step of the process. Every interaction I had with any staff member was polite and courteous. When we moved the temps were in the high 90s, and we were moving into a 3rd floor apartment. The movers were cheerful and helpful the whole time, and they worked so hard despite the heat and many steps. They went out of their way to make this a great experience. I would highly recommend this fantastic company!

Never showed up! I called the manager a he was like we will be there in a 11/2 hours after 5 hours I called customer service. They canceled the help and here I sit. I have to turn in the truck so I have been unloading it myself ! I am very upset. I will never use these people again!

They did not come with a furniture dolly as stated in the preliminary description. They used my heavy 2 wheel dolly and moved my appliances successfully. They were very polite and performed their tasks smoothly. I used the same company for another move of furniture the following week.

They were very punctual, polite and came with a good work ethic, they followed direction well and unloaded our entire pod of furniture and containers under the two hour allotment.

Eric Tyler and his assistants asked to start at 8:30 am about an hour and a half before the scheduled time. This was a welcome change as we wanted to start early. Eric arrived a few minutes after 9 am which was fine. I had booked 2 guys for 2 hours and the day before Eric asked to add one more person for $20 per hour. He said it flows better with 3 and I trusted his judgement. My son and I had started around 8 am that day with the smaller things and the truck was empty by 9:20 am. Overall Eric and his crew were very professional, responsive and co-operative. I would hire them again as they made my life simpler. They were very careful and did not damage anything. I highly recommend Top Flight Movers Vegas with no reservations and I have referred business to them already!
