The supervisor of the team, Brian, was absolutely amazing. He took care, and made the other movers take care, with all of our belongings. We were moving from one apartment to another in the same building. We has quite few very heavy boxes of books and vinyl records. Brian and his team had them up into our new place in a very short time. We also had a King size bed that was very difficult to fit down and up our stairs. Brian and his team made short work of that as well. Lastly, we have a large washer/dryer combination appliance. A very heavy and moderately delicate item. Brian and his crew again had it up in our new place without a scratch on wall or the appliance. Brian was communicative, easy to deal with, and flexible... also right on time.

Initial training with me one on one starting with the process knowledge and practical application of the move experience. I train on proper lifting and maneuvering and safety. Packing, loading and other training follows a regular schedule and is ongoing
