What can a customer expect after booking with you?
As soon as we get the email, the customer can expect a text message or phone call to further discuss the job and for us to verify all the details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A customer can expect my employees to show up on time and to be made aware of exact ETA of arrival.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer has to make sure there'll be a parking spot reserved for the truck. The customer will be responsible to have packed and labeled their boxes. The customer will also guide the crew on what will need to be moved.
What types of moves have you handled?
My company has dealt with all types of moves local, long distances, office, etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and seeing new places.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We trained the crew on proper body mechanics, proper packet/boxes/ furniture handling, proper packing, and proper way to to load/unload trucks. We also train them on excellent customer service skills.
