Henrique and Marco of Fortex moving were excellent and reasonably priced— I’d highly recommend them.
They loaded a 16-foor moving pod in just two hours, including several large pieces of furniture. They made everything fit safely and securely and did a great job getting everything out of the house with no damage to furniture, walls, etc.
Communication was excellent as well, with regular updates leading up to the move.

As soon as we get the email, the customer can expect a text message or phone call to further discuss the job and for us to verify all the details.

A customer can expect my employees to show up on time and to be made aware of exact ETA of arrival.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer has to make sure there'll be a parking spot reserved for the truck. The customer will be responsible to have packed and labeled their boxes. The customer will also guide the crew on what will need to be moved.

My company has dealt with all types of moves local, long distances, office, etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and seeing new places.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We trained the crew on proper body mechanics, proper packet/boxes/ furniture handling, proper packing, and proper way to to load/unload trucks. We also train them on excellent customer service skills.
