What can a customer expect after booking with you?

The customer can expect a phone call or an email asking if there is any additional details to go before for their move. This helps us to come prepared, bringing the right moving equipment and materials for your move.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

The customer can expect a friendly, knowledgeable crew to help them transition to their new home with ease. All furniture will be well cared for in the moving process, padded and wrapped preventing damages to your belongings.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

A good way to prepare for moving day is to 1.) Have everything boxed up and ready to be moved. Everything that can fit into a box should be in a box. 2.) Have furniture disassembled, ready to be moved. 3.) Have loose items cleared off of furniture and nothing inside of cabinets/dresser drawers. *If you have an elevator at your current home, or at the place you are moving to, please make sure you reserve it for our crew. This helps to speed up the move, ultimately saving you money.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have handled all types of moves. Apartments/condos, offices (both big and small), large residential homes, storage units, and so many more.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Packing trucks! We've come by to master the act of packing trucks, making sure your belongings are tight and secure for the journey. Exploring new places is also a huge plus.

What training do you provide your crew members?

When we hire new crew members, they get real world experience, coming out on jobs with an established crew. They start out learning how to be mover slowly, making sure they fully understand everything there is to know about the moving process. For their first jobs, they will be an extra man, at no cost to the customer.
