They seem to be very inexperienced in there work. And they left some of my furniture behind. Would not use them again.

The service was horrible. It has been the worse professional experience we had. We hired four movers for eight hours to move three pods. The crew were inexperienced and did not know what they are doing, three of them look like they have never done this before. They didn't show up with no proper equipment to move furniture , They brought two dollies only and one was broken luckily we had one that they could use. I had to be present every minute to assist them because they needed guidance with even how to stack boxes and carry them without dropping them. They broke an expensive piece of furniture even with me standing there and telling them that they were about to drop it but they didn't listen and damaged furniture . It took them close to 11 hours to finish the same job that it took another company five hours to load the truck. I refused to pay for the extra 3 hours and had to argue with them .
The worst part is them stealing a box of electronics while they're moving the boxes. I had a box that was labeled electronics and the box was missing when they left that evening. ReloPro , Jason, was notified and the owner of the compay claimed that these people have worked with him for years and this never happened. I had a police report done and and according to the report real Relopro said that three out of the four people he does not even know their last name and that was the first time he hired them. The crew manager according to the detective is involved in another theft claim. Jason is not answering our calls and our claim now is through hirehelper. I will never hire this company again and I do not recommend them.

They arrived early and were prepared to work. They finished within the time-frame expected, and there was nothing damaged. Very pleasant experience during a normally stressful time.

Chris and Quinn from ReloPro were wonderful. They drove 50 miles that evening to do an emergency unloading of my truck after the original movers (not found through HireAHelper) I hired failed to show up. They worked hard, were very nice and respectful. I'd use HireAHelper or ReloPro again and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
