While the work they did in packing and loading was good, their recommendations for the size of the crew and time needed was very high. As you have to reserve and pay for the labor up front, there is no refund if they get done sooner. My example: when talking with their rep before making the reservation, I explained the situation, estimated the amount of the load, size, and number of large items, etc. Their original recommendation was 3 persons/5 hours. I booked 2 persons/4 hours. The night before the move, they contacted me to approve a 3-person crew. I did not approve the additional person. Reality: the 2-person crew they sent was done in under 2 hours. It felt like bait-and-switch. I won't be using them for the unloading at the other end of the move.
Based on our conversations before your move, the primary plan was for our crew to spend approximately three hours packing and one hour loading your POD. After discussing the scope of work, I recommended adding a third mover to complete everything more efficiently, and you initially agreed in writing. However, you later contacted HireAHelper and stated that you had not agreed to the additional mover, so the order remained scheduled with two movers.
When our crew arrived, they found that the packing had already been completed before their arrival, so the scope of work had changed from what was originally scheduled. Our team then focused on completing the remaining work as efficiently as possible.
We can only rely on the communication and information that was provided leading up to the move, and throughout the process we made every effort to provide you with the best service possible. We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve our service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They showed up 1.5 hours late after I called/texted them to find out where they were. Brought 3 guys but one of them did nothing but completely disassemble some of the furniture. They did not pack and protect everything well. Most of my daughter's furniture has been damaged. This was not the case at all when we used another mover to pack when she moved up there - she had zero damage. I am very upset, especially since they charged me overtime and I also tipped them well. Pieces and parts of furniture are missing.

The third person you mentioned was the owner of the company, who came at no additional charge to help the crew and speed up the move. During that time, he focused on disassembling furniture so the move could be completed more efficiently and safely.
We also understand your concerns about damaged items and missing furniture parts. That is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide. We were not made aware of missing hardware during the move, and we would appreciate the opportunity to investigate and help resolve the issue.

Jonathan was great! However, we were very disappointed with his brother. My husband and I did far more work than he did. They ate sunflower seeds throughout the entire loading process, and spit the shells everywhere. I want to be very clear that Jonathan did an outstanding job, but his brother was a disappointment. We should not have had to work as hard as we did. We paid good money for a service, and felt like we were cheated.

I ordered 2 movers for a smaller moving job, and 3 movers showed up on site. On arrival, I was preemptively told the extra mover came from a previous job and was assured I would not be charged extra.
The job took ~45 minutes (I paid for 2 hour minimum) and the guys were nice.
I signed the bill at the end that matched the quote (2 movers for 2 hours). After the movers left, I received an email from HireAHelper informing me that the quote was now $100 more for the additional mover. I emailed back that this is not what I was quoted, or had signed for on the bill. I received no response from the mover or HireAHelper and was informed my card had been charged for the additional amount.
I wouldn't have a problem if the policy/bill was communicated to me clearly, but I ended up feeling like I had a fast one pulled on me.
