A permanent wall fixture in our house that of course would NOT be moved was broken. Can NOT get the company to understand that this stays with the house. They will not pay for damages and we are left holding the bag for over a thousand dollars of damages.
Am I upset and would I recommend your company for anything? You better believe I am upset and would not recommend you to any one. Rotten and thievery to the core. And word of mouth goes a loooooong way. The only offer that you made to us was by the pound as if we were loading this item. If I went to your house and broke something inside and it costs over a thousand dollars to fix and I said, “ oh, I will give you $159. And we’re good, right? “ I really don’t know how people like you sleep at night.

Jacob and Andrew arrived on time and prepared for the job. They where super attentive to my furniture and went above and beyond to preserve it. They worked fast and were open to any concerns, feedback or requests I had regarding my personal belongings. I would use them again for sure.
