I decided not to review until I received the POD after it had been moved. I could barely get the POD open upon receipt. Everything had shifted and there were boxes strewn everywhere and smashed. The guys that packed it did not do an adequate job of securing the contents at all. Very disappointed as it was not cheap to hire them. If there is a next time, I'll be packing the contents myself. The only reason I didn't sustain more damage was because I over-packed the items inside the boxes. However, the furniture got all scratched up.

These movers were great! My delivery PODS arrived very early in the morning. They were scheduled To move my furniture in on the following day. I called to see if they could accommodate moving my things in a day earlier instead. They were able to accomodate. They arrived at my home 3 hours after my request was made. They were prepared and worked hard. I recommend them and I would hire them again.

They weren’t able to fit all of my stuff in my POD, but it wasn’t their fault. They were friendly and courteous and did worked hard.

Overall, I had a good experience. The two movers that came did a great job. They were courteous, respectful of my stuff, and they did their job quickly. The only issue was that the movers weren't able to come until 3 hours after my scheduled time. Apparently they had a guy call out, and the job before mine took longer than they had planned for. The movers did call multiple times to give me time updates, which was much appreciated. It turned out ok - UHaul let me keep the truck a little later than planned without an additional fee, but I did end up sitting around a house full of boxes with nothing to do for a few hours until the movers were able to show up. All in all, I would definitely use them again.
