We had an excellent crew of two to unload our pod. They were very efficient and worked well together. All the boxes were placed exactly where I wanted them. Also, polite and courteous.

Great guys, helpful and respectful. It was a very hot day, they did not slow down and worked diligently to get our Pod unloaded in a couple of hours. I would use them again for sure.

Guys were super nice.
Company profile said they’d bring their own hand trucks and equipment. We loaned them ours. They were moving things one or two at a time instead of a large load of boxes. Ran out of time, so we had to finish unloading the last 1/4 ourselves. They also said they were slowed down because we wanted certain boxes in specific rooms and that “usually they just put all boxes in the garage.” This made 0 sense to me. If I am hiring movers I want things generally where they belong.
Generally they tried to be cautious and gentle around the house and with our stuff.
The truck was parked farther from the house on wet grass, and the ramp was high and slippery, so the crew used a two-person system to safely transfer and stack boxes before bringing them inside. They were also instructed that unlabeled boxes could stay in the garage, while labeled boxes were taken to their designated rooms. As the job progressed, some placement instructions changed, which added additional time.
When the scheduled time was nearly finished, our crew prioritized the heavier furniture so the customer would not be left moving large or heavy items themselves. Additional time was offered, but it was declined because the crew also had another scheduled job afterward.
We apologize that the experience did not meet expectations. We appreciate the feedback and will use it to improve communication and efficiency on future moves.

The two guys did a great job. I wasn’t sure if they would be able to fit everything into the 16 foot Pod that we had rented. But they were very good at packing very tightly and managing the space very well. I would use them again.
