Joe and his team arrived a little early and jumped right into the unloading of our U-Boxes. They worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job getting everything unloaded and into the house where it belonged. They were careful not to bang the walls or mishandle our items. Great work on getting all of our stuff tucked away in our new home.
We had some issues with the delivery of the boxes and had to reschedule a couple of times and Joe was super flexible in rescheduling for us. He was quick to respond to calls & texts, easy to get in touch with and very helpful in working around the delivery problems we had with U-Haul.

Very professional. Loaded the POD like a puzzle to secure items. Highly recommend them. One suggestion would be that they confirm a day ahead that they will arrive at the scheduled time. They did arrive on schedule.
