The move took significantly longer than expected, even with my assistance loading and unloading. I have moved the same amount of furniture in the past, and the process took approximately four hours rather than the six hours it took this time.
During the move, the crew informed me they needed to disassemble my Pottery Barn desk, which originally cost over $1,000. This desk had never been moved since it was delivered. I was told it was simply easier to transport that way. However, when I unwrapped the desk at my new home, I discovered that one of the legs had been bent and cracked, leading me to believe it had been dropped or otherwise damaged during the move and was disassembled afterward as a result. I also found a scratch on my 75-inch television that was not present before the move.
When I contacted the company to report the damage, the manager suggested that my furniture was likely “cheaply made” and implied that the damage was due to the quality of the desk rather than the handling of the movers. The conversation quickly became focused on shifting responsibility instead of addressing the damage. I found it very concerning that the initial response was to question the condition of my belongings rather than investigate what occurred.
I promptly provided photographs of the damage, copies of my purchase receipts, and all requested information to support my claim. Despite multiple phone calls and text messages over the past week, I have received no response or update from management.
The damage to my property is disappointing, but the lack of communication and accountability afterward has been even more frustrating. A company’s true level of customer service is demonstrated by how it handles issues when they arise, and unfortunately, my experience has fallen well short of that standard.

Victor and Mario could not have been more wonderful. They were careful, kind, worked their tails off, and were swift. Zero dithering. I could not have been more pleased or impressed.

This was a problematic experience. They were 30 minutes late, worked slow: dragged out a two bedroom apartment move for five hours. They also left quite. Abbot at the apartment, stole food from our pantry, and spit sunflour seeds all over the apartment floor, in the sink, and in the shower. Additionally- note the fine print: they charged me $120/hour for drive time- and they over charged the drive time. Total distance takes fifteen minutes- they charged a half hour. They worked me for a tip before they slapped me with the extra hour charge. Thought I was going to pay $600~. Payed nearly $900 before the tip. I reached out to customer service about the seed issue and want them to come and pay to clean this and I want a discount since they didn’t finish the job and stole food and a large container of trash bags. I do not recommend using these guys unless you are available to watch them like a hawk.

Items were being dropped while brought inside, doors were scratched, walls were hit, and furniture/items were not properly reassembled or secured.
In addition, my brand-new furniture was chipped and damaged during the move. I am extremely disappointed with the level of care and professionalism shown throughout the move-in process.
