I had more household goods than would fit in the POD. However, the guys did their best to fit furniture in first leaving smaller items for separate shipping.

At the end of the move, instead of releasing the payment as agreed, you stated that only one of the three helpers had worked and that you would only pay for that one person. Although we strongly disagreed with that assessment, we still offered a discount equivalent to one helper’s labor in an effort to resolve the situation professionally and avoid further conflict.
Our team remained respectful throughout the entire job despite the difficult weather conditions. We always strive to provide honest, hardworking service, and we stand behind the effort our crew put into completing your move.
