First and foremost I used this company because I had a positive experience with them when loading my stuff in NJ. Jimmy and Jay were great! They moved me within an hour. I’m not sure of the dispatcher’s name but he was in constant communication about possible delays and we agreed on an alternate time. I’m really impressed. Great job guys and thanks for bringing equipment to safely move my washer/dryer

2.5 hours late and only one person showed up even though I asked for two helpers and paid for two helpers. The owner asked me to move around my appointment several times which was fine but refusing to give a proper ETA until 2 hours later is unacceptable. The owner claims there was car trouble and the helpers phone died but I just wish he would of cancelled and I could of got someone else two hours earlier instead of him saying “5 minutes” every 30 minutes I asked him where he was located.
One helper showed up and my boyfriend helped him but that is unacceptable and he couldn’t have moved everything himself safely and effectively. I realized this when he sat my golf clubs down as a door stopper. A couple scratches but whatever. I am moved in but I would not recommend
