The service itself was terrific in terms of the movers working hard, being very nice and respectful and once started, completed the job quickly. However, they were over an hour late and one individual smoked cigarettes while working.

I would recommend the guys who helped me from Smooth Movers. They worked hard and fast and took care of my belongings. They packed the truck efficiently and effectively such that none of my belongings were damaged after a tough drive from Atlanta to Boston. The only reason I took off a star is because they were supposed to arrive between 9 and 10 but got there at 10:45.
