I normally don't write reviews but this service left me uneasy there were 2 guys the young guy completely professional the older guy was rude and didn't do anything but bring in anything he felt was light at the end of their time it was still things to move which I had to myself I felt like I was scammed out my money

My only complaint with Smooth Movers is that they were 45 minutes late. But, they did show up, they were both super friendly, hard working, and both knowledgeable. It wasn't one telling the other how to load stuff, and what not. They worked as a team. I would definitely recommend Smooth Movers.

I can't give the two gentlemen that helped me load my truck enough 5 stars. They were superior at what they did, perfect gentlemen, took care of my belongings as if they were there own The packed the load perfectly and when I arrived at my destination, the load looked as if I had never left my driveway. I seriously cannot thank them enough for there excellent work.

Smooth Move failed to maximize the space provided. They did not properly assess the project. They left essential furniture pieces in the garage and failed to remove TVs from walls. I was forced to pay for an extra worker he bbrought with him. Items were packed that they were repeatedly ordered not to pack which took space for other items of furniture. I had to hire another mover to place on the truck essential items they said for which there said no space.
I can not recommend this company.
