Trying to keep this positive..
Please credit the extra $90 dollars paid to release my furniture from hostage. Only 1 mover showed up and tried to move my heavy furniture from upstairs, down (18 steps) my furniture has been ripped apart..
My appointment was confirmed for (2) movers to organize my Packrat Pod instead the furniture was just put in the Pod anyway possible. This took away quite a bit of space so I had to order another Pod..
So on:
5/21 Saturday called and said only 1 person available (I canceled)
5/22 Sunday 1 person arrived and lied to me said 2nd person was on his way and never showed-up.
Never ever ever again will my furniture and I be put in that type of situation as a single woman.
(He should think, what if this was his Mother or Sister) May be he did. Do the right thing by checking into this and make a wrong a right. Thank you..

The mover himself was amazing, however I asked for 2 helpers and only got one helper. Other than that it was amazing. Hire a helper did a great job of updating my charges.

They were ill-prepared. They didn’t have tools. They couldn’t disassemble my bed, so I will have to do that myself and bring myself to storage unit. I bought chair and sofa covers I bought and now have to do that myself. I have to bring a table and chair to the unit. I am very frustrated and I would adamantly not recommend their services to anyone. This moving company must be banned from hire a helper site. What these so called movers performed was malpractice. I went to my storage unit to fint several items including very expensive chairs unprotected whatever and thrown into storage unit. I spent several days protecting my furniture that they did not Clearly, they really don’t care about moving and keeping others’ possessions safe. Disgusted!
