They were ill-prepared. They didn’t have tools. They couldn’t disassemble my bed, so I will have to do that myself and bring myself to storage unit. I bought chair and sofa covers I bought and now have to do that myself. I have to bring a table and chair to the unit. I am very frustrated and I would adamantly not recommend their services to anyone. This moving company must be banned from hire a helper site. What these so called movers performed was malpractice. I went to my storage unit to fint several items including very expensive chairs unprotected whatever and thrown into storage unit. I spent several days protecting my furniture that they did not Clearly, they really don’t care about moving and keeping others’ possessions safe. Disgusted!

I hate movers! It shouldn’t take movers 3 hours to move a less than one bedroom apartment, with hardly any furniture, and an elevator with no stairs, but it did.
I guess slow and steady wins the race, or at least makes the most money, huh?
Movers are like car dealers—sharks, especially when they charge by the hour. Why do I always feel taken advantage of when I use movers?
