We contact our customers after booking within 1 hour to review your move details and to schedule our arrival time on moving day.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We reconfirm the booking with our customers 24 hours prior to our scheduled arrival time. Our professionally uniformed crew will arrive on time, the owner of the company, Juan Cordero, will walk the move with you to make sure all of services are performed to your instructions and satisfaction. Your belongings will be handled with the utmost care and the crew will work efficiently to complete your services in the time allotted.

Customers should prepare as instructed by JC Movers per the services requested. We will review the details of your move to make sure you get all the help you need.
