There seems to be a communication between Rapid moving and HIRE A HELPER. HIRE A HELPER does not seem to know whether Rapid moving is on job site or not. I received email message that my order for 2-hour help is up and will be charged additional hour while I have contacted Rapid moving earlier that the date needs to be change to another day. But HIRE A HELPER didn't seem to get the message. Fortunately, all was finally straightened out and worked out fine. Our change of schedule fee was waived.
