The move did take much longer than anticipated but it was due to their concern that nothing was damaged and the move was done right. The guys were very friendly.

They arrived at the wrong location (drop off location) but once they got the correct address there were two extra helpers (free of cost) which made the move easier & quicker. They had all the tools to dismantle the bed but there were lots of questions and some confusion on how to dismantle it. They worked hard and the guys were friendly but they just were not as professional as I would have liked (e.g. no door stopper, didn't lay down a pad to track the dirt of coming/going, insisted on not taking the bed apart to try and get it in the elevator when they had to at the end of it all, didn't check in with us before leaving the pick-up location). I know there was a learning apprentice on site so maybe that was part of the reason for the questions but in my previous experience with movers they did not meet my level of customer satisfaction/experience. With the price tag associated with movers and so much competition in this field, unfortunately you only get one shot at customer satisfaction so I don't think I'll use them again.

They did an awesome job. We ended up with a smaller truck that we were promised by U-HAUL. My 2 movers work hard all day to help me get the job done. Would definitely hire again.

The two gentleman who helped us move were really great. We have a really tight stairwell and they tried to move our big couch up it and although it ultimately was unsuccessful (it didn't fit), the guys really tried everything to get it up there. Nice guys, on time, and moved quickly with everything else.
