What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After you book your move, You will receive a confirmation call 1-3 days before the move day to check if any specifics in your move have changed, and to make sure you are still ready for us at the given start time.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will show up on time and ready to move. We will bring tools, a few of our pads some straps, and a dolly. Upon arrival we'll have you show us around to point out what is and is not coming, and then we'll begin.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You can prepare by packing and sorting anything that you can mange on your own. You can leave the rest up to us!
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done a lot of household moves in the New England area. We have also handled a few small office moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love the feeling of accomplishment after a hard days work. We enjoy working together, and the best feeling is when we exceed the expectations our customers.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We have veteran movers on our team. Everything is taken step by step to ensure the safety of the crew and the safety of the home and furniture.
