I am very afraid of what the state of my furniture will be once we unload. The team came and spent over an hour trying to disassemble a crib, and then proceeded to just throw the parts and screws loose in the pod. They ran out of time due to spending so much extra time on furniture although I asked multiple times to just load assembled. When we opened the pod the next day nothing was tied down securely, there were loose parts everywhere, and boxes were stacked without being tied down. I had to unload and reload half of the pod. This was unacceptable for the price paid for professional service.
Our team disassembled the baby crib to ensure it was properly loaded and to prevent any damage during transit. We took extra care to wrap and protect each piece thoroughly. Additionally, our managers were on-site for an extended period, beyond the scheduled time, at no extra charge, to oversee the loading process and ensure everything was secured safely.
We understand that the process may have felt rushed due to the need to accommodate your scheduled appointment. We regret any distress this may have caused and appreciate your patience.
