I was a bit upset with the fact that i had to pay additional cost since they went over the time and arrived late. They themselves were pleasant.

We appreciate your business Jennifer. Keep in mind we can not see your belongings before we arrive, so had no way to quote you and only billed for time worked not any time we were not present. The overage you've paid was simply because you have a lot of beautiful things that took more than two hours to move. As things go, we were not there 15 min early, however we were inside our ETA, which is great as there has been times where due to like situations ran over on earlier scheduled orders.

Having used HireAHelper in Pa, I went there for help.
I recommend Go2Guys highly.
The contact person, Albert, reaffirmed the time and date twice.

On the scheduled date, I received a call alerting me to arrival, 15 min before. Then, Joe and Seth arrived on time and after a brief idea of the work they began to do it quickly and with careful detail to my property. I went by prior reviews and think that they were spot on.

I would use them again (but hope I've seen the last of my moves as I am now retired).

They just left and did a great job. I will be hiring them again to unload the pod in a month and a half. They were very quick loading everything in the pod and making sure it was safe.
