Generally, they got the job done; however, here are my complaints and compliments:
Compliments:
- All movers were polite and their communication with me was good.
- Timely
- They seemed to have a decent knowledge of disassembling the furniture.
- Good Tetris skills
- Worked hard so they received a cash tip
Complaints:
- They failed to notify me when they damaged the walls and tile. I understand accidents happen, but the complaint is failure to notify.
- When things got tough (heavy furniture), there was a lot of bickering and arguing amongst each other.
- Smoked cigarettes right next our belongings. We are a smoke-free house, smokers tend to forget that the odor of burnt tobacco permeates on everything it comes into contact with. At least step away from the house if you need a smoke break.

Hard workers! Early, friendly, worked hard. They were able to pack our Pod tightly to ensure we had room for all our items. Only 2 hours (2 men) but they did a lot in that time. I would recommend them.

The boss, Jimmy, got very frustrated and started throwing our furniture and clothing around. He was swearing and would not listen to us at all. He was very rude and disrespectful. I did file a complaint. The other workers were OK but they were embaressed for the way the boss was dealing with the problem.
