Late for 30min. Only worked hard last 30min of a two hour job. Slow. Left me with over half a truck with furniture on the driveway and just me. Bottom line is they wanted the extra hours to total six with each extra hour costing nearly 400$. They also took zero responsibility and blamed me for not hiring them for enough time. One regular fit dude, one large heavy guy, and one skinny kid. Note: Ive had all my stuff moved twice before with two and all the necessary stuff was put in the truck for me. I had all the furniture broke down and wrapped ahead of time. plenty of fillers boxed and ready. Terrible service and I ended up calling a friend to pack the truck. I basically gave them 520$ to bring my stuff onto the driveway and pack 1/3 a truck.

The two movers showed up on time (on a rainy day) and worked hard to help us unload our moving truck into our house. Both helpers were friendly, communicative, and professional. I would hire them again! Thank you for the help, especially in the rain.

The 2 movers that I had was on time and very respectful. As they began working, they didn't have any common or proper tools like a pair of pliers or a screwdriver. The common tools was provided by myself and my Mother. The movers moved at a very slow pace as if they didn't have a 2 hour window to load and unload. I had about 25 pieces of items to move that was preprepped and already to go with the heaviest item being a refrigerator. The unload destination was only about 1/4 th of a mile away from the loading destination. It took the 2 movers 3.5 hours to move the 25 pieces of items. The movers didn't know how to properly load the truck, they dropped a lot of my expensive suits which was covered with plastic and allowed them to drop out of the plastic and spent a lot of time taking breaks. This experience gave me the impression that their agenda was to extort more money from me by increasing the work hours. After the job was completed, I spoke with a company manager regarding the situation and they only charged me for the original invoice price. So in all fairness, the company may be good but you would have to watch out for the people they contract/hire.
