Derrick and the team were outstanding! They showed up on time and worked late to get the job done. They took care of all of our valuables as if they were their own. We couldn't have gotten the job done without them. Thank you!

They showed up and they did the job. They didn't do it well. I spoke to the owner about loading everything high and tight to get the most out of the space. The first 3 feet looked ok, after that, they just started putting things in. The problems: a box was dropped down the stairs, multiple scuff marks on the walls (we had to re-paint), nothing was secured (even though their ad and my conversation with the owner stated they would bring rope to tie things down), heavy boxes on top of light boxes, boxes clearly labeled "FRAGILE: NOTHING ON TOP" were crushed at the bottom of stacks. Anything over minimum wage is too much to pay for this kind garbage. I could have bought pizza and beer for some college kids and the result would have been the same. I wouldn't use them again and suggest that you don't either.

The workers were late, but did a fantastic job. I recommend them if you are flexible with several hours of your scheduled time.

Though our movers were very nice, we had a very poor experience with this company, in general. Our move was scheduled for an 8am-9am window and our movers called on multiple occasions that morning pushing back the move 30-45 minutes each time. They ultimately showed at 11:45am. Because we were making a multi-city move and had scheduled another moving company on the other end, this delay caused us to have to reschedule with them completely for the following day.
We contacted the owner multiple times throughout the day on our move day for help and virtually no effort was made to resolve the delay or make it right. At the end of the day, despite our efforts to negotiate, we ended up paying full price anyway just to wash our hands of the situation.
In addition, very little care was taken with our furniture and the moving process was very slow.
I would never consider using this company again in the future and I would not recommend them to anyone.
