We signed up for a 10 moving job and they called and said it would be 12. We said that was ok and then they didn't come at 12. I called and had to get someone else to come but they couldn't get there until 1.30. Very unprofessional.

Great guys! Very professional, respectful, kind, and enjoyable to work with. They accepted my job even though I requested very short notice. They could not be there at the time requested, but they made it up to me with some extra help when I needed it. Would definitely use them again. Only complaint is they did not have rope even though on the website it says they would have it. But I've experienced the same thing with other companies from hire-a-helper. It is a good idea to request stuff like that when confirming the job by phone. I just forgot.

Unfortunately they arrived about 5 hours late due to some overscheduling, but once they arrived we realized were very fortunate to have them.
