While they were punctual and very friendly, a great number of my belongings were damaged. I'd hired them to pack and load Pods over a three day span. While I did not have access to moving blankets, I had more than enough bubblewrap and plastic wrap that went unused. Two TVs were broken and almost all dressers and tables were scratched or broken. Our third Pod has not arrived yet, so will see what other damage is yet to be discovered.

Louis and Jason did a fantastic job today moving out items from our attic. They were on time and went straight to work. Each item was color-coded to go to different rooms in the house and to a POD. Their work was accurate and neatly done and they communicate well with each other and with us. I highly recommend their services.
