Matt and Ryan were incredible. They both worked as a team, you could tell that they knew what they were going. Organizing and packing the Pod was no problem for them. They took a lot of care handling the loose items. Wrapping items when necessary. Even though it was 100 degrees + they never stopped. We could not of been happier with the help we received from them, they help take the stress away from packing and moving. I would 100% recommend them, and would use them again.

The 2 workers assigned to my job were terrific! They arrived on time and had what they needed to do the job. They worked extremely well together and made the heavy lifting seem easy. The first thing we did was go over everything that was to be loaded. There was planning on how to load the pod & that worked out well. They were careful with everything & took the time to place items in the Pod in order. Came with what they needed for moving heavy items. Worked non-stoop and were finished in no time much to my surprise. Didn't try to get extra time & i appreciated that. Got the job done, showed me how to open & close the door, put on the lock, etc. Very pleasant, helpful people. I would recommend them to anyone in need of courteous, professional people for their moving needs. I would ask for them again if I needed more help. Good job and took a lot of stress off my day. I would say thank you to the both of them for a great job.

Ashley and Mike were miracle workers. When we saw the size of the cube we were skeptical everything would fit. They even thought it was a maybe. Mike said it looked a little bigger once doors open. We had sectioned off a few items that we felt coukd be expendable. But wow, they got it ALL in and there actually was a few small pockets still open. I would definitely want them ti load OUR items when we are ready to move. This was my husband's sister's aoartment as se had already gone back to Florida

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
-Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

What training do you provide your crew members?
With over 20+ years experience of successful moves, we have developed policies and procedures for all types of moves. Each crew member is given extensive in the office training on these policies and procedures. We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
