They were on time and professional. They handled our belongings with care and were thoughtful while unloading the truck and packing the storage unit. There was a long walk from the loading ramp to the storage unit and they never complained and would sometimes run down the long hallway to save time. We even have an upright player piano that is extremely heavy and they were able to move it safely from the truck into the storage unit. We will be hiring them again when it comes time to move our items out of storage!
