Robert and team were right on time, called ahead to give their ETA and started right up preparing the furniture with care and precision with our blankets and their “plastic wrap”. They were courteous, friendly and worked swiftly, though with great care, to get our belongings on the truck in a timely manner. Their ability to pack the truck so carefully and professionally truly impressed my husband and me. We highly recommend My Guys Elite Moving Co.!!! Shout out to Robert and team!!!

Brett with MY Guys Elite Moving Company arrived on time and got right to work. He and he’s helper Ali were able to pack our pod with great precision allowing us to fit everything we needed to in the pod. They were both friendly, courteous and very carful with our belongings. I would use them again as well as recommend them to anyone looking for stress free moving services.

The guys came through and did a great job! Thorough, meticulous and efficient. They helped with loading a pod and and found so much more space than other crews I've worked with. They communicated well and were just an all around pleasure to work with. Shout out to Matt and Dylan, specifically! They were also the most fairly priced option that I came across. I'd hire them again/highly recommend them!

The movers showed up on time but they only sent 2 instead of 3 people. It took an extra hour because of that and then they tried to bill me more? I called in and they reduced it so I only paid what I originally was quoted but feels odd that a two man team costs the same as a three man.
The movers themselves did a great job and were going as fast as they could.

Robert and his team - Daniel and onebmore person (missedbthe name) was excellent. I highly recommend Robert for all your move needs. He was able to very efficiently able to unassemble, pack and squeeze all the storage we needed and wanted. They were very professional and did not waste any time.

We had schedule 4 guys to pack on a friday. Only 3 showed up and 1 was not able to work at 100% capacity. This did impact our overall timing of packing the house prior to the loading that was required the following day. We also had to assist on how to pack items like TV's and fragile items. The second day the team did show up and was much more productive, but still had to stay additional time to complete the work that was not completed Friday. This included our family to have friends to come assist that evening until 2am to finish the work that was remaining to meet our closing time table. The Project Manager was responsive but given the timeline I provided when scheduling created a lot of work from our family and friends to complete the work.

I hired this team to load my goods onto the truck for an across-state move. Leading up to loading day, Carlos called to make sure the loading was still planned. This was impressive and I knew things were going to go well.
On loading day, the gentlemen were professional and listened to my requests.
When we were discussing the plan, and they mentioned they were loading the boxes first, I was concerned that in all my moves the piano was always the first item loaded, with its back to the driver, and I asked about it. I was assured that it was right to put the boxes in first. Assuming this was a new strategy and they knew what they were doing, I refrained from arguing with them. They loaded the piano on the left side (if you're looking into the back of the truck) with a dresser across from it on the right side. Ironically, the piano was fine, but probably half a dozen of my belongings were damaged; two pieces of furniture were crushed. Also, where I specifically requested a particular box be loaded top side up, and had all the appropriate labeling, and it was even discussed with one of the loaders, on arrival I found it loaded on its side.
I take some of the blame because I wasn't always available and watching their moves, as I wasn't done packing the house.
While everyone was pleasant and worked hard, remarkably finishing in two hours what they said should take as long as four hours, the number of damaged items, from scratches and scrapes on leather or wood furniture to completely broken furniture, was disappointing. As well, they broke an electrical outlet in the house and said nothing - we found it after they left. In addition, when discussing on the first phone call what was needed for the move with Carlos, I was told two dozen blankets and straps, the number and the length of them...and I wrote it down and later ordered them. Then they told me on loading day I had the wrong size straps.
I guess I have learned that from now on I will either pay for the higher priced insurance or move everything myself. I was very surprised, as this was one of the services with the highest stars. Quite a learning experience for me.
So, in answering the questions at the beginning of this review...
They were on time. They were prepared for the job. They worked hard and fast. They were NOT respectful of the property or goods.
I'm sorry to say I would not use them again. And maybe not use any loading company.

I would suggest them have items boxed up unless ordered packing. Also would suggest them to have their beds broken down.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite apart about being a mover is showing our customer that we are not just movers. Most times at the end of our move our customers are inviting us back to eat or see them again. Our mantra is “Less like movers, more like family.”
What training do you provide your crew members?
Before they are officially tagged “My Guys” they have to go through a few simulated moves, including packing, wrapping, and moving through obstacles with furniture in hand!
