They were scheduled to arrive between 10-11am, but they arrived at 11:35am., so we started loading more than 30 min later than planned. Unfortunately, my container wasn’t large enough, and they offered to come back and help load again once the additional container is ready. When the container came and was ready to be loaded, I called and messaged them, but they never answered. It would have been great if they kept their promise, but I didn't get any response from them.

The Road Runnerz team made my move extremely smooth & stress free. We had a few road bumps before the team arrived, but they were patient, worked diligently to prepare for the truck to arrive & packed it in record timing. No casualties when we made it to our destination 8 hours north. Everything arrived in wonderful condition thanks to their diligence in packing and handling. Highly reccomended!!!
