Would not recommend.
I had to call them after booking to confirm that they were coming (they did not reach out to me to confirm). They also did not confirm with me day of or prior, like the 2 other companies I’ve hired from hireahelper have.
Day of, I asked for their time range. They confirmed 2pm specifically earlier in the day - I asked them to update me if they’d be coming at a different time because the city messed up my truck parking, and i has to double park blocking the street. then I could not reach them after that - apparently they went to the wrong address & showed up an hour late but wouldn’t pick up the phone when I called or communicate with me, leaving me blocking the street for an hour not knowing when they were coming unable to reach them until shortly before they arrived.
Two movers came. Eric was great, did an good job and was very kind. The other mover had NO business working in a moving company. I feel bad saying it, but I don’t blame him I really blame the company. I submitted that my apartment was a walk up with many stairs, and he was wheezing starting the first time he walked up the stairs (carrying nothing). Eric was very sweet and made sure the other guy was okay, but he basically did most of the move himself, which obviously took a long time. We tried to ask the guy who was not doing okay to call another worker in, but he refused and continued to worsen. My parents are doctors and were seriously concerned for his health, they could tell he was not okay.
I do appreciate that when Eric tried to charge me for the extra 2 hours, I did push back and say it was not fair to be charged when I hired 2 movers for 2 hours and I really got 1 mover for 4 hours. It’s not okay to hire workers who can’t complete the job and then put that cost on the customer. He & the company did make it right and did not charge me extra. However, I do recommend staying away from this company. Because eric was unfairly burdened (again he’s great not his fault) it definitely was a difficult and confusing move.

Even when my apartment was difficult to find and my cell service was terrible, they never gave up. They completed the move quickly and professionally. I would hire them again in a heart beat. The window for their arrival kept getting pushed back, but I also didn't give Sudden Courier a ton of notice for the job and I'm grateful they were able to work me into their schedule.

The movers were incredible! They were quick with loading, friendly, and packed the truck really well. I had never hired movers before and this was worth every penny. It was a last minute deal and we could not have done it without them. Thanks, guys!

Brandon and Eli were the best. They were efficient and amazingly polite. After setting up the truck, they even washed their hands before touching our stuff. They wrapped our furniture, moved it and all our boxes into a truck.

These young men were a dream to work with. They were polite, professional, careful, caring, patient and kind. They arrived on time, had the equipment they needed, straps and a heavy duty dolly, they worked hard, were respectful and I would call them again!! They know how to load a truck professionally, and they moved right along and got the job done. I could not have asked for two nicer people to help us!!! I am very appreciative and would call Patrick and Brandon back again in a heartbeat. We are in our 60's and had many heavy and bulky items for an interstate move, and we just can't do it any more with our health issues. This was the BEST service a person could ask for. Thank you SO very much, again, guys!!! We are grateful and this was indeed money WELL SPENT!!! Thank you, thank you, and THANK YOU!!

They worked very hard, worked very well together and with me, were prepared, were respectful of me and my property and courteous.
At the other end where I moved to, people commented on how well they packed things in the trucks, they packed two trucks in 7 hours, one 26' truck and one 20' truck and nothing shifted!
