Only concerns: we asked for the mattress to be placed at the rear of our storage unit and they did not. When we returned to the unit the next day, it had fallen against the door, making it difficult to open, the door tore the protective cover. Fortunately it did not damage the mattress.
2nd issue was the way boxes were stacked, they did not pay attention to boxes marked “fragile” and heavy boxes were placed on top of lighter ones.
We spent another couple of hours rearranging the following day. Had they just slowed down and staged the boxes and mattress we would have been much happier.

The 2 guys showed up on time. Was surprised that they did not have any blankets (said the company does not provide blankets)to protect my furniture but ended up finding a couple and then used my own personal blankets, bedspreads, etc for the remainder. Would recommend that the company provide this information on their website so that the customer can be prepared to provide their own blankets.
