Multiple items broken, went out of my way to reserve a more than big enough Uhaul for items to be packed and everything was very unorganized as well as not packed. I purchased the Pack and Move option as well bought boxes and furniture wrap and they didn’t even use it. My friend and mom packed everything. When it comes to damage, I have a marble top nightstand where the corner was broken as well as a television. Because of how it was packed I had to hire an additional moving company for space. Would not use again

They were a little late getting to the house but were very communicative. They got everything done in record time, and did a fantastic job handling the items and packing the moving truck efficiently. Nothing was damaged from loading or on our 4 hour journey! I would definitely book them again.

Could not have been more pleased with the execution and promptness of smart move. The communication pre-move arrival and the two movers Drake and Adrienne could not have performed better. Very experienced, and obviously had loaded many, many pods in the past. Very respectful and wished we could’ve had them more than the two hours. Overall, outstanding job on all fronts highly recommend them for future movers.
