These guys were professional, on time. Worked for four hours straight. Got 5 bedrooms of furniture in one Pod. Did not break anything, did not scratch any walls. I would use them again and again. First time paying someone to move instead of doing it myself, believe me save your back, sit back and let the professionals do it all. Great Job and can not go wrong using them! I highly recommend them!

I had an arrival window of between 4-5 PM. At 1 PM, some called and said they were starting another job and would call me when they were on their way to my job. They called at 4:15 and said they were on their way and would there in one hour. At 5:30, they had not arrived so I called and no one answered, which went on for another 30 minutes. The main contact then called and said they had car trouble and would not be coming. After I expressed my anger, he found two other guys and pulled them off of another job and said they would arrive in 30 minutes. They arrived at 6:45.....keep in mind that my scheduled time was between 4-5, so that's almost two hours late. The ONLY reason I've given two stars instead of one is because those two guys jumped in and covered for the two guys who were a no-show. It wasn't their fault and they were very nice and I appreciate them jumping in to help. All of that said, in trying to bring my sofa up the stairway of the condo building, they did significant damage to the walls and ceilings and broke out a window pane. I now have to pay out-of-pocket for the damages. I chose both companies, Hire A Helper AND Springs Movers because they had many, many great reviews, but I would never use either service again, whatsoever. So disappointing.
