The crew was awesome. Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Although there were issues getting started with needs of plastic and blankets they pulled it off like the professionals they are. They will be doing our unpacking soon. Thank you for taking such great care of our furniture and us.

They were a few minutes late, but they notified me that they were on their way, very good and hard workers, and worked fast to get my U-Haul truck and packed into a storage facility, carefully and professionally.

Our two helpers arrived 30 minutes prior to their estimated arrival time. They worked quickly, efficiently and were very careful with our furnishings. They completed the job within the two-hour timeframe, they were very enjoyable to work beside, very polite and very efficient and would request them again for any type of moving work that we needed. We can't say enough how pleased we were with the service we received, the price we were quoted and the work that was done. These guys were above and beyond average! Thanks so much for the great help.

The two young men were very courteous and hard working. They came into the job late and unprepared, complaining that they had been up all night returning from another job. They came with no equipment - we had already rented furniture pads (as requested - but this was all the company requested) but had to go rent a dolly and purchase furniture wrap and and tape- This was considerable cost- (they also used several rolls of tape that we had for our packing). Had to loan them screw drivers so they could disassemble the bed frame. While friendly and pleasant, they worked slowly, often misplacing tape, etc. I chalked this up to tiredness. They handled our items carefully - maybe too carefully - wrapping items that we said needed no wrapping saying that it was company policy. Many more items could have been packed if they had had the expertise to do so. I do not blame these young men - they needed supervision and guidance which was not present. I would, for these reasons not recommend this company.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
