The guys arrived on time however unless I had expected them and asked them, I never would have known it was them. They arrived in a beat-up car, dressed in bummy clothes. Initially, they worked hard, however, I have had other teams that worked much faster and neater than these guys. Upon unloading my property, they got very sloppy and just threw and put things wherever. It has made it difficult for me to sort thru. They was a last-minute change as there was an issue with the original company I hired. I received a text from them the day before they were to work for me telling me they had cancelled my job. I contacted them directly and they never did such and sent me a text to prove so. So, what's going on......I never would have picked Safety Movers in the beginning that is why I did not. Also, the most upsetting issue of all was their payment process. I had always planned on paying with my credit card. Well, they worked past 5 pm and apparently after 5 the office closes and you no longer can pay with credit card. You can only pay with cash......how absurd. So, to get these guys paid I had to contact my credit card company establish the required info to obtain cash. Then had to find an ATM that would allow me to pull a large amount. This was a trip.... finally, at 10 pm at night I obtained only enough to tip the gentlemen. I was to meet up with one of the workers the next day to finalize payment. We were to meet late in the day. I then received a call at 8 am in the morning asking me to meet up to arrange for payment. Mind you I am now exhausted from traveling from Florida to Virginia in 2 days, unloading the truck, messing needlessly with payment. The last thing I wanted to do was get out of bed at 8 am. Finally met up with worker at 2:30 pm and informed him that this company had ridiculous procedures for payment and because of that I would never use them again, plus they were far from my first pick. NEVER AGAIN SAFETY MOVERS!!! THERE ARE BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE....

All three gentlemen were very pleasant. They were tolerant of me pointing a different direction for every piece of furniture. They used good manners in speaking to me and respecting the house.
