Good: showed up on time
Bad: damaged several items of furniture through carelessness (and made no mention of how to file for insurance reimbursement), improperly assembled furniture (e.g. placed but did not tighten screws). Will not hire or recommend going forward.

The guys that came to load my container did a great job with covering/wrapping furniture and other items as well as moving them out of the house without scratching the walls or floors. However, they did not strap down any of my furniture inside the container. I had ratchet straps available for their use to do this, and had mentioned that they should be securing my furniture with the straps but they insisted that my furniture and items were not "that heavy" and did not require being tied down inside the container. WRONG!!! When my container reached its destination and my furniture was unloaded, most of the items had shifted causing some of my furniture to be dented and a few items had minor damages. Needless to say, the ratchet straps should have been used.

They were great. On time, professional, friendly, and they really knew what they were doing. They had to get our piano out a weird door and around a corner, and they were really thoughtful about the best way to do it, with all three of them providing suggestions and discussing it, before they actually moved it. I would recommend them for sure.

I couldn't be happier with All Aboard Moverz, especially Tavon and Dre. They arrived right on time, were professional from start to finish, and worked incredibly hard. They unloaded my moving PODs in the rain without a single complaint, handled a steep set of stairs with ease, and somehow managed to work through my less-than-perfect packing job.
On top of the outstanding service, their pricing was the best I found after comparing several companies. They treated my belongings with care, worked efficiently, and maintained a positive attitude despite the difficult conditions.
I was so impressed that I've already booked them again to unload my last two PODs. If you're looking for dependable, hardworking movers at a fair price, I highly recommend All Aboard Moverz—and if you can request Tavon and Dre, do it!

I can't speak highly enough of Kodi and Harold. I had almost lost hope that i was ever going to fit everything into my container, much less finish the job. Their optimism and work ethic proved infectious, and they did it. And quickly! They're the kind of guys you hope to work with again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A client can expect clear communication and the professionalism of champions.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A crew that shows up on time with energy to work. Our crew members love what we do.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It’s best if everything is already packed away and to empty any dressers. The drawers in the dressers should be tapped down so they don’t open if not wrapped. Once we arrive sit back and relax.
What types of moves have you handled?
We’ve done all types from local to out of state. From jobs that require one item being moved to jobs that have taking 8hours. We don’t stop until it’s done.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Seeing the smiles we put on people’s’ faces. A lot of our customers are impressed with our packing ability & continuous efforts to stay moving. Nothing better than knowing we made someone life a lot easier & less stressful.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We teach all members our basic packing strategies & moving techniques. Each new member goes on jobs with a certified mover until they themselves become certified mover.
