Tom and his team were extremely helpful with my move. They made sure to call ahead and give an accurate timeframe for their arrival.
Once at my apartment, they assessed the job to be done, and quickly made work of loading -- making sure to arrange items to avoid damage, properly distribute weight, and, most importantly, fit!

Although they were a few minutes late (because of the weather), the service manager called me and alerted about the possible delay. They really worked hard to get the job done within the timeframe. The supervisor, in particular, was very knowledgeable about the job and even gave us some tips for our future move.
