I had a couple large items that I needed help getting upstairs because they were too heavy large for me. My Moving Guys sent two young men that were very nice and professional when trying to figure out how to get the peices up my tight stairwell. Bottom line, they got my stuff up the stairs, cleaned up any mess they had made, and left being my heros. Thank you and I will definitely use them again.

They did really good job, i hired 2 movers for couple hours. They showed with 3 guys and i had to pay that extra guys. Move itself went well. They took the time to place everything in the truck. My furniture were not damaged and they did everything in 2hours. They showed little bit late, but finished on time.

They were very late. They didn't call to say they were running late. We called them to find out when they were coming, they said 40 more mins. 40 mins later, they said it was going to be 20 more mins. 20 mins later, they said they were in traffic. It really wasted the first half of our day. They were rude when we expressed frustration with their lack of communication skills and the time wasting that they caused on our moving day. When they finally showed up 2 hours late, they movers were extremely apologetic. They did a great job fitting everything like a puzzle into our moving truck. They offered us an extra hour of their time because of all the trouble. The moving guys were great, the service and management needs a lot of improvement. Probably wouldn't use them again because of the confusing process and poor communication and awkward billing process.
