These guys were absolutely fantastic! I cannot recommend them highly enough. They treated every one of my belongings as if it were their own, taking great care to wrap, protect, and secure everything before loading it. They were professional, hardworking, and incredibly respectful throughout the entire move.

Felipe and his crew were outstanding. Four guys showed up 15 minutes early, ready to work and knocked out the entire unload quickly and efficiently. communication was never an issue. they asked questions about where everything went, were respectful of our home, and didn't damage or scrape a single wall. These guys were strong, professional, and genuinely friendly. Felipe even turned out to be an arm wrestling champ. I held my own…barely. When they finished, they cleaned up, asked if we needed anything else, and headed out. Just a solid group of guys who did the job right. Highly recommend . if you're moving in the Jacksonville/ St. Augustine area, book this crew.

Showed up on time and worked straight thru the weather conditions. Good team and I recommend them and would use them again when I need too.

1 bdrm, 1 ba 600 sq ft move without any wardrobe or clothing boxes. Everything was ready to be loaded when they arrived. Move was l ss than 2 miles away. 2 tables damaged, 1 in pieces, the other with a broken pull out drawer. Small credenza had visible scratches on front of piece.
We take claims of damage seriously, which is why we reached out directly after your review to better understand the concerns and look for a resolution. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response.
All items were handled according to standard moving procedures, and no damage was reported to the crew at the time of delivery. We always encourage customers to point out any issues immediately so they can be addressed on the spot.

They were there for about two hours. I did not realize that I would get charged extra if I didn’t respond to an email right away. This was not explained in advance. I should receive a refund of the extra charge. Otherwise they did a great job.
