I’m incredibly disappointed with ISMOVING. They were completely unprepared for the job despite me going out of my way to provide brand new moving blankets and straps which they barely used. As a result, a lot of my furniture arrived damaged. The way they packed the pods was careless and sloppy (especially on the 2nd POD), with large empty gaps and zero regard for protecting my items. Even the movers who unloaded the pods at my new home commented on how poorly everything was stacked.
To make matters worse, one of the workers was being trained on the spot.. it was his first day, which isn’t something you expect during a big move. They also left trash and empty water bottles outside my house when they finished.
For a standard 3-bedroom house, it took 4 guys for about 5 hours to pack the 2 pods. They also broke one of my tables, and there were even more items damaged that I don’t have the energy to list.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid this company.

load/unload & packing/unpacking not only in the house but in the truck as well to ensure we ca make everything fit and relocate safely. How to take care of the customers belongings as well as themselves while on the job! Communication with each other and the customer is key in all of our success!
