I sincerely appreciate the wonderful job that Messolar Full Service Moving did at my house on June 26 and June 27. Felix and Francisco were outstanding. They were diligent, thoughtful and stayed the course until everything was properly loaded. I can't say enough good about both of them.

I had asked for someone from 1 pm to 5 pm. They came at 1:10 pm. It was two young men one of which spoke no English ( at least around me). I left them to load the truck thinking they were responsible adults. They appeared to be gone and not in the apartment for quite some time. When they did come back in the one that spoke English said they were through and was told by their boss to not load anything else. He said they were told to leave at 3:30. There was still furniture and other things to be moved. After contacting Hire a Helper (the company that assigned them to our move) I was told they would be there until 4. The young men finally said they would take the possessions to our house, unload and nothing else. The English speaking young man said we should hire another mover to finish up. The person that spoke no English had information on his phone as to whether he had lunch, the time they came and the time they left. They wouldn’t leave until it was signed by me. I don’t know if they had lunch. They didn’t come until shortly after 1. I don’t know if they ate lunch before they came or not. There was not a reason given why the time was shortened. I was charged over $800 for that small amount of time.
I find the whole situation extremely unprofessional. Would I use them again? NO!!! Would I use Hire a Helper again NO!! And this company will answer my review with them saying everything was my fault and nothing was their fault.

The guys showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, got everything put into the truck and then I loaded at my destination. They were friendly and professional. Would definitely hire them again

As laborers they worked. They were not ontime. Neither spoke english. One was on his phone alot. He also attempted to have me scan a QR code several times for payment. When previously hired a helpers i signed or just prepaid. A scam, not sure but was not part of any agreement/contract. Will use hire a helper again but probably not this group.one of the men just gave off bad vibes.

On time, polite, friendly and were careful with property and loading items into the POD. Worked hard moving heavy items down stairs on a very hot and humid day. I am using them again for the second POD cobntainer.
