Had an unprofessional moving experience in 2024, you get a random half dozen non uniformed guys showing up in uhauls like they're moving their friends. Constant cursing and irritability from his workers who didn't want to be there. When it came time to drop off, the owner complained about how hireahelper rips them off and had his crew wait 20 minutes between loads to pad the time.
I let all this go until I discovered today that they DID NOT PUT MY BED FRAME TOGETHER. It's literally been teetering like a stack of Jenga blocks for the past year with me having zero awareness these fools didn't do their job correctly. My cats sleep under my bed, it is a basic safety issue to pretend you're constructing furniture when you are not.
Zero stars, it was enough having to babysit your "employees" like a hawk, but you did not even do the job I paid for.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
A customer should have (if not ordered) Moving blankets, shrink wrap, etc. Also Customers should have all breakable items removed from dressers, night stands etc.

We’ve handled Local, Long distance, commercial moves, office moves, debree removal, load swaps etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is being faced with a strenuous task and completing that task in the presence of a customer.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training process is basically hands on experience. We have a written format on how we typically load truck. We have our movers study this format until it becomes second nature.
