I confirmed my move with Chicago's Moving Men two days before the move for 9am but they never showed and would not answer his phone when I called at 9:15 They also told Hire A Helper that they showed up at my home at 8:55 and I would not answer my phone, SUCH BULL!!! If they come by, my garage doors were open could have just knock. R.Eng Frankfort Ill.
We showed up a few minutes before the appointed time. We gave you a call when we were on our way to confirm everything was set to go. We also called when we arrived (The house was completely boarded up with the garage being half burnt down to the ground due to fire damage). We left and contacted HireAHelper to alert them it was an unsafe environment as you stopped answering our calls as soon as we arrived and left a voicemail stating we were in front of the property. We wish you would have communicated with us more efficiently as we were there with minutes to spare along with bringing 2 hand carts, packaging supplies, and bungee cords to assist with your move at your request. We went above and beyond as we do our best to every move we book.
