We hired 4 movers for two hours to pack a 16ft POD. They called to say they'd be late, then over 2 1/2 hours later only ONE mover showed up. The other three trickled in about 45 minutes later. Because of the nature of PODS, we have a limited time that they can wait in the street. They were extremely slow and took little care in packing our belongings. They forgot an entire room, which caused them to have to reshuffle the container, which resulted in a fight so loud I heard it in a 3rd floor room and two neighbors called to ask if we were safe. Ultimately, they decided they couldn't fit all our items in the POD, leaving about half of it. We called another moving company the next day who fortunately was able to pack our remaining items in a POD half the size, so this was clearly a problem only with Packed. On top of all that, they left several scratches and holes in the walls and floors. I don't blame the movers as much as the company for obviously overscheduling and the mgr on site who seemed to cause chaos for the obviously hot and exhausted movers.
I would not recommend this company nor hire them again.

The two workers, Jermaine and Kendrick, were awesome. It was over ninety degrees the day of the move, and they worked efficiently and steadily and got the job done ahead of schedule.

Highly recommend this crew! T, Jermaine, James, LT (LJ?) all knew what they were doing. I was nervous I wouldn't be able to fit everything into my POD and they reassured me the entire way it would all fit, and it sure did. James in particular was the tetris master and has the kindest soul. He made sure to think of the unpacking side as well and didn't take any short cuts mentioning that certain things will be easier for when unloading. He didn't need to do that at all and could have just done the job and gotten out of there but he carefully took the time to think things through. T and Jermaine were the power duo and carefully wrapped and disassembled the furniture, LT was the power lifter and could lift some incredible things on his own. The entire team was very nice, on time, and got everything done very quickly and efficiently. Would recommend and use again.

These guys were great. They showed up on time, were extremely helpful, and were careful with all of my belongings. They even went above and beyond by helping me lower furniture off of my balcony that wouldn't fit through the patio doors, and they came back to help me load things into a separate trailer after my initial pod couldn't fit everything.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will call to confirm your order and ask for details to make the move as smooth as possible. We ask important questions regarding the needs of our customers
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
we provide Dollies, ratchet straps, blankets and tools for disassembly and re-assembly on every move. We will provide additional materials such as, shrink wrap and mattress bags upon request. We will give the customer a courtesy call when we’re on the way.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We always say, have everything in a box that could be in a box if possible, so that the move could go smooth and fast. If you want to save time and money, have everything disassembled and organized.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done it all, from small local loads and unloads, to moving large 10 bedroom houses cross country. We have done warehouse work, commercial work, office work, industrial work, staging work, and labor only staffing. We are not shy about work, and we have experienced in every facet of moving
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Seeing someone’s face with a sigh of relief, a look of satisfaction, a surprised and impressed look, a big smile, or even a cry of joy or relief. That’s my favorite part of being a mover.

We provide on the job training. We focus on technique with lifting, wrapping, disassembly, assembly, packing boxes, packing trucks, prepping furniture. We pay very close attention to the small details when it comes to timing and spacing and lifting and proper packing techniques
