DeKeius and Gregory are nice, hard working men. They arrived on time and worked steadily to load up my massive amount of stuff. They were very knowledgeable about the best way to arrange and load items onto a moving van. I called Hireahelper on a Sunday evening for a last minute move and Labor Smart Inc. responded with the best price quote and availability to move my stuff. They came on Monday morning and had me packed up within the estimated time frame and I headed to Texas that Monday evening. My only regret is that DeKeius and Gregory will not be in Texas to unload my stuff for me. If you are ever in the Birmingham area and need movers, I would highly recommend "Mookie" and "Greg" from Labor Smart Inc..

The Labor crew you sent did a wonderful job. Phillip and Amanda Clark are hard workers. I was very disappointed in the management side. I booked the help, replied to every email as requested, called Coty (main office POC) as the email suggested and even got a text message telling me to reply with "complete" when the job was done. After I waited for over two hours I called the office to see where my help was and they told me my name was not on the books for needing help. Really! How could that happen? They called the Clark's and sent them over. Your review request focuses on the labor. You need to focus on the management side.

The workers were fast but some items scratched and dented. You need to wrap items well to prevent this from happening. Also cover walls as I had to paint after. Nice guys in all.
