They were not on time for the job as they said they had another job that ran late before us. They brought 3 guys and 1 dolley which made the move inefficient and long. We had an issue with our moving truck that did make the time run longer, but despite that, many times during the move out I had to tell the guys to keep bringing boxes and items out because they were just following each other not holding anything in their hands. After they left, I had to clean up trash they left behind them. I would not use them again.

We were schedule for a 10-11 am arrival. They called around 10:00 stating that they would be there around 2:00. I called them at 2:30 when they had not yet arrived was told they would be there in 30 minutes. They did not arrive until 5:00 p.m. Nor did the initiate any contact after the initial phone call. I reached out 3 different times for an update on time. We hired them for 3 hours, the job took less than 2 hours because my husband and son spent the day moving the items out of the house and into the garage. Its a good thing we didn't schedule to Pod pick up for the same day. We won't be using them when we need to unload the Pods.

Iām terrible with names, but the 2 guys we had unload our truck were awesome! They got right to work and were very cautious moving our stuff. They were very personable guys! 10/10 would recommend!
