I'd like to start by saying Dominic and Justin are nice & polite, and arrived one-time so know that this is nothing personal. They brought a 4 wheeled dolly (borrowed from a family member) which was ok to use for the totes but did not help with furniture like a two wheeled dolly could have. Also, he did not come prepared with tools as he was coming directly from another engagement. I don't have power tools so things took so much longer to disassemble. The couch took an extra long time to get out of the house... mentioned earlier to take the feet off but that didn't happen until at least 1/2+ hour later. The job took almost twice as long as originally contracted for. I expect, for a company that's recommended to me, that the movers possess the proper equipment needed. They worked really hard but it could have been swifter had they been prepared.
